I assess every client on an individual basis and apply recent scientific research and training methods to each situation. I am a big fan of circuit training, interval cardio and resistance training for everyone.

I also own a fabulous TRX Suspension System (google it!) and would be pleased to give you a surprisingly challenging bodyweight workout using it just about anywhere!

At Home

I can visit you in the comfort of your own home and guide you through a training session tailored to your goals.

I have a wide range of portable equipment including a set of Bowflex Select-Tech Dumbells for free weight work, a TRX suspension system for enhanced bodyweight training, a commercial grade stability ball for core work and boxing gloves and pads for a fun cardio blast.

At Your Club

If you are a member at a health club, I can visit you there to suit your schedule. You may need to pre-authorise this with your gym, and you may incur an entry cost for my admittance.

However, this option is ideal if you wish to continue your training alone between sessions as you will get a good feel for the equipment you will be using.

At My Studio

Visit me at my home and take advantage of my comfortable hi spec home gym in Sandbach, Cheshire.  Perfect for those who do not wish to subscribe to a health club contract but still wish to reap the benefits of quality gym-grade equipment.

You will have access to a fully motorised Treadmill, Star Trac Spinbike, Full Olympic Weight Plate Set with Squat Rack, Benches, Balls and Weighted Vests and Ankle Wraps.

At My Club

I mainly operate from within Fitness First in Crewe. The facilities include the usual cardio machines and resistance stations in addition to free weights, hydraulic resistance stations and plenty of other gadgets.

If you are a member here, please feel free to speak to me at your convenience! If you are not a current member but are considering a gym membership, contact me and I can arrange a free trial to the club for you.

Road running, circuit training in the park... If confined spaces aren’t your thing let’s take it outside and get some fresh air.

Any kind of training can be modified to suit the environment, and a change of scenery can be fun!
