At Home

I can visit you in the comfort of your own home and we discuss your current eating style and compare these habits to your goals. Once we establish a plan of attack we begin devising some strategies for change and implement them over a phased period to ensure success.

I can also help you clear your kitchen of undesirables and advise you of any improvements that could be made as far as food preparation goes in your home.

At Your Club

If you are a member at a health club, I can visit you here to suit your schedule. You may need to pre-authorise this with your gym.

You should not need to pay for my admittance, as we only require a comfortable place to sit.

I mainly operate from within Fitness First in Crewe. If you are a member here, please feel free to speak to me at your convenience!

If you are not a current member but are considering a gym membership, contact me and I can arrange a free trial to the club for you. We can also discuss your nutritional and/or training requirements during this visit.

Online Personal Nutritional Coaching

The easiest method to work around a busy schedule. An initial meeting is necessary to establish a meaningful working relationship! But subsequent coaching can take place via email and telephone on a daily or weekly basis.
